Solena Skin Spa

By booking or attending an appointment with Solena Skin Spa, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Appointments & Bookings

Appointments can be booked online or in-spa. A consultation may be required prior to certain treatments to determine suitability.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice or attend an appointment may result in a cancellation fee.

Payments

Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise stated. Membership payments are processed via direct debit.

Refunds

Refunds are not provided for change of mind. Any refunds issued are at the discretion of Solena Skin Spa and assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Memberships

  • All memberships operate on a minimum 6-month term

  • A 2-week written notice is required to cancel at the end of the term

  • Treatments do not roll over and unused treatments are forfeited

  • Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared or gifted

  • Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed toward membership fees

Treatment Disclaimer

Results vary between individuals. Treatments are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Solena Skin Spa reserves the right to refuse treatment if a client is deemed unsuitable.

Changes to Terms

Solena Skin Spa reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated where required.
